- How long does it take? As short as 1.5 hours in person!
- How much does it cost? Prices begin as low as $40 per person for groups of 4.
- Where are classes offered? We provide on-site training at your home, workplace, gym, and more, bringing the training to you! If preferred, we also host training in the San Diego area.
